We have perused the interim orders passed in CWP No.18797 of 2014 and CWP Nos. 147, 16507 of 2015 (Annexure A-1 and Annexure A-2) including order dated 17.01.2017 (Annexure A-3) passed by Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, which in substance is as under:-

"Having regard to the conduct of the authorities, the order dated 10.09.2014 to the extent of adjournment of contempt proceedings is recalled. The respondents shall be at liberty to seek appropriate action for implementation of the order passed by the Tribunal, subject to final outcome of the writ petition."

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, having gone through the record with their valuable assistance and for the reasons mentioned therein, the Miscellaneous Application (MA) no.060/00125/2017 is allowed. The original Contempt Petition (CP) no.060/00099/2014 is hereby revived under the present set of circumstances. Therefore, the MA is disposed of accordingly.

At this stage, Mr. Arvind Moudgil, Advocate appears and accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.1.
