MA No.12/2021 has been filed in regard to expedite hearing of OA No.337/2020 wherein interim order has been issued staying the           down gradation of Hyderabad GPO and transfer of the applicants.

2.    Mr. B.Gurudas, learned counsel for the original applicants submits that copy of MA No.12/2021 (Expedite Petition) has not been served on him.

3.   The OA Respondents submits that they would like to go forward with the case as the interim order has some administrative repercussions.

4.  List the MAs along with O.A on 19.04.2021. In the meanwhile, copy of Expedite Petition be served on the other side. Learned counsel for the original applicants may file objections, if any,  to the Vacate Stay Petition by the next date of hearing.
