Heard the counsel for the applicant. 

He states that the matter is urgent as the applicant is the senior most person in the department and still he has been deprived from holding the post of Head of Department of Nuclear Medicine and a person junior to him has been appointed as HoD.  Hence, he presses for urgent hearing as the case is otherwise listed for hearing on 09.09.2021.

Sh. A.K. Premi appearing as proxy counsel for Sh. Amit Jhanji states that the arguing counsel is not available today or on 31.05.2021 and as such, the case be listed thereafter.

In view of the above, let the case be listed in June/July when the Bench will be sitting for hearing the urgent cases during vacation or otherwise.

Both the parties will present their side on the next date of hearing.
