Shri Surender Pal, learned counsel for Respondents No. 2 and 3, has stated that he has already filed the reply to OA as well as Miscellaneous Application No. 111/2021 in the Registry of this Tribunal with an advance copy to learned counsel for the applicant.

     So far as Respondent No. 1 is concerned, Shri Vinod K. Arya, learned counsel representing it, has stated that Respondent No. 1 shall adopt the reply filed by Respondents No. 2 and 3 and there is no need to file a separate reply.

     Shri S.S. Pathania, learned counsel for the applicant, has prayed for and is allowed three weeks’ time to file replication to reply statement filed by Respondents No. 2 and 3.
