DAILY ORDER

  1. The present MA has been filed by the respondents (in O.A) wherein they requested that hearing in the C.P be deferred for six weeks as their application for modification of final order dated 13.01.2014 is still pending for adjudication and same is coming up for hearing on 08.02.2017.
  2. Issue notice to the counsel opposite.
  3. Sh. D.R. Sharma, Advocate appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent in MA.
  4. Considering the prayer made in MA, the same is allowed. Hearing in the C.P is adjourned beyond the date fixed in the application for modification i.e on 08.03.2017.
  5. MA stands disposed of accordingly.
