Learned counsel for the miscellaneous applicant submitted that he is ready with the rejoinder and that the same will be filing tomorrow.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Railway submitted that the recruitment process of Trackman is going on and that when sufficient strength of Trackman are available, the applicant will be considered for relieving.

Miscellaneous respondents are directed to report when the applicant can be relieved and what is the stage of recruitment process for the cadre of Trackman under the Palakkad Division. This shall be done on the next posting date.
