Learned counsel for the Respondents absent.  Counsel for the Respondents did not appear before this Tribunal on last few occasions and also no counter has been filed till date. 

Learned counsel for the applicant has informed that as per the order of this Tribunal in the OA the amount of Rs.2,90,000/- recovered from the applicant on ground of wrong fixation of MACP are to be repaid to the applicant.

Counsel for the applicant has informed that the respondents have gone to the High Court in WP.No.19789/2017 but the same was dismissed. 

In view of this development, Respondents No.1 to 3 are directed to appear before this Tribunal after four weeks to present facts as to why the order has not been implemented.
