Ld Standing Counsel submits that the respondent department has already taken up the matter with the Ministry of Finance for getting the approval and accordingly he prayed for adjourning the matter for a further period of two months as the decision in the matter is still awaited from the Ministry. He has also produced a copy of respondents department's letter dated 28.4.2017 along with its enclosure OM dated 19.4.2017. It is made clear that in case the decision of this Tribunal is not implemented by the extended date of hearing, this Tribunal will be forced to summon the contemnor to be present in person before this Court. List on 10.7.2017.
