1.   Certain directions were passed in the OA on 05.04.2019 as under:- 

"5.    During the pendency of the OA, the pay of the applicant has been revised. The question is only about the arrears. Reliance is placed upon an order dated 07.03.2019 passed by the respondents in the recent past. If the applicant is similarly situated as the beneficiaries under the said order, they shall consider the feasibility of extending the same reliefs to the applicants also.

2.        The applicant has preferred the representation to the respondents on 18.04.2019 which was received by the Office of Principal Secretary, Health and Family Welfare on 02.04.2019. However, no order has been passed as yet. The applicant has preferred the CP. 

3.         Issue notice.

4.     The respondents are granted four weeks' time to file reply. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.

5.       List on 20.04.2020. Dasti service is permitted to the applicant in addition to usual mode of service.
