2. The Contempt Petition is filed by the petitioner complaining that the order of the Tribunal has not been implemented. On the contrary, Smt. K. Rajitha, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that they have already filed Review Application, which is not listed due to the non-availability of the Division Bench.
