Heard Sri KRKV Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners and Smt. A.P. Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

2.  The present C.P. is filed complaining non-implementation of the order in OA/20/834/2020. The Tribunal directed the respondents to relieve the applicants on inter-zonal transfer on 16.12.2020.  The respondents have not complied with the order and hence, the Contempt Petition. 

3.   Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in view of the Covid situation and operational difficulties, they want time up to 31.12.2021 to relieve the applicants. Learned counsel for the respondents is directed to file an affidavit or a letter to that effect so that the Tribunal can take an appropriate decision in the matter.

4.   List the matter on 17.06.2021.
