In spite of availing substantial time and though the writ petition filed against the order of this Tribunal has been dismissed, the respondents neither complied with the order of this Tribunal nor filed any counter.

        In the circumstances, list the C.P. for reporting full compliance by the respondents, failing which, respondent no. 2, i.e., the present incumbent of 2nd respondent shall be present in the Court.
