When this C.P. was taken up today it was submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Railways that a SLP is being filed before the Hon'ble Apex Court.  

We are not impressed by the aforesaid submission because there is nothing to indicate that SLP has been admitted or any order of stay has been granted by the Hon'ble Apex Court. Similar submission had been made by the respondents way back on 24.11.2017 on wards.   In the circumstance,  we direct the respondent to appear in person and to state the status of implementation of this Tribunal's order.
