DAILY ORDER

Mrs. Kala representing Mr. T.C. Govindaswamy for the petitioners submitted that despite the Hon'ble High Court affirming the order of the Tribunal vide Annexure P-2 judgment, no action has been taken by the respondents.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Railways prays for sometime.

After hearing both sides, we are inclined to grant a month's time from today for implementation of the order by the competent authority, failing which contempt proceedings will be initiated.
