DAILY ORDER

Heard both sides for some time.  The learned counsel appearing for the Railways submitted that vide  Memorandum No.V/P.407/I/CL/Engg./Court Cases dated 20.3.2018  order has been passed by the respondents in terms of the judgement of the Hon'ble High Court in W.P(C) No. 23757 of 2010 (S) and connected cases.  

Mr. T.C.Govindaswamy, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the pension and other terminal benefits have not yet been disbursed to the Petitioners till now. 

Learned counsel for the Railways submitted that Railways are in the process of payment of pension in accordance with the High Court's order. Therefore, the respondents shall submit an affidavit regarding compliance of the direction of the Hon'ble High Court on  actual payment of pension and  terminal benefits based on actual salary drawn by the Petitioners at the relevant time.
