Mrs. Tanuja representing Mr. N. Anilkumar, Senior PCGC submitted that a counsel statement has been filed wherein it has been stated that the applicant was given opportunity to attend the interview scheduled to be held on 26.12.2016 but he did not attend. It is also stated that though he was requested to attend the interview through video conferencing he refused to appear and intimated the same as per e-mail dated 22.12.2016 addressed to the Head (HRD), C-DAC, Thiruvananthapuram. Mr. Sreeraj prays for time for getting instructions from the petitioner with regard to the statements made in the counsel statement. List on 23.06.2017.
