    The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order of this Tribunal passed in the O.A. has been complied with by the respondents. She therefore prayed that the contempt proceedings be dropped. In view of this  statement made by Ms. Upadhyay, the C.P. is closed and the notices issued to the respondent is discharged.

      C.P. stands disposed of accordingly.
