Dr.  J. L. Sarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Debashis, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor No. 1 and Sri V. K. Bhatra, Sr. CGSC for the alleged contemnors No. 4 & 5 are present. None present for the alleged contemnors no. 2 & 3.

Sri V. K. Bhatra, Sr. CGSC for the alleged contemnors No. 4 & 5 prays for four weeks time to file reply. Sri Debasis Baruah, learned counsel also submits that the alleged contemnor no. 1 has already been retired and has no competency to implement  the matter.

In view of the above, prayer for four weeks time to the alleged contemnors No. 4 & 5 to file reply is allowed. However, no reply has been filed by the alleged contemnors No. 3 till date.

Further, liberty is hereby granted to the alleged contemnor No. 1 to file a deletion petition, if any as the alleged contemnor No. 1 is by now retired and holding a constitutional post and he has no competency to implement the order.

List the matter on 14.11.2019 for filing reply.

Copy of this order shall be communicated to the alleged contemnor No. 3.
