Heard Dr.J.L.Sarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 

This Contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for  non compliance of the order of this Tribunal dated 4.8.2017 in O.A.No.63 of 2017 which was disposed of by directing the respondents as here under:-

" the exercise shall be complied with , as expeditiously as possible, but not later  than the  date of retirement of the applicant, that  is , 31.10.2017."

Learned  counsel  for alleged contemnors  prays for some time to  comply with the order of this Tribunal dated 4.8.2017. Dr.Sarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner,vehemently objected  for granting time. In view of the above position, the learned counsel for the  petitioner submitted that there is an intentional/wilful disobedience  for non compliance of the order of this Tribunal  dated 04.08.2018 on the part of the alleged contemnor. Hence,  we  deem fit it and proper to give one more chance to the respondents to comply with  the order of this Tribunal dated 04.08.2017 within a period of 3 months. Failing which; the alleged contemnor No.3 shall appear in person before this Court.List on 12.02.2019.
