None appeared on behalf of alleged contemnor.  However, Mr. G. J. Sharma, appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that contemnor No. 3 i.e. L.C. Rani Joshi, Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, NER, Aayakar Bhawan, Guwahati has now been transferred to another place. As such, he wants to implead the present  Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, NER, Aayakar Bhawan, Guwahat as alleged contemnor No. 3. The petitioner is directed to communicate the order of this Tribunal dated 04.08.2017 passed in O.A. No. 63/2017 for implementation of the order. The petitioner is allowed to file the impleading application if the concerned officer does not comply with the order.
