Heard both sides in  CP 99/2014 along CP Nos. 106/2014, 108/2014, 140/2014, 145/2014, 159/2015 TO 162/2014, 18/2016, 164/2015, 165/2015, 101/2014 TO 105/14, 107/2014 AND 109/2014.

In these batch cases, this Tribunal, by various orders in the respective OAs directed the respondents to consider the cases of the respective applicants for absorption  in case they are otherwise eligible in the existing vacancies or as and when vacancies arise for the post of Tradesmen Skilled. 

The Review applications filed by the respondents against the aforesaid orders of this Tribunal in some of the cases, have also been dismissed.

Though the respondents have filed the affidavits stating they have complied with the orders of this Tribunal, the said affidavits are vague and do not contain any details as to  when the cases of these applicants were considered and if so,  in what manner.    Hence the respondents are directed to file a detailed affidavit in each C.P. duly enclosing the orders if any passed in this regard.
