      Standing counsel for the respondents, Ms.M.M.Bhatt submits that the respondents have filed the reply, which is kept in Part - 'C' file. She requests that the same be taken on record. 

      Considering the request of the standing counsel for the respondents, the reply is taken on record. 

       Counsel for the applicant submits pending representation of the applicant has been considered as per the direction issued by this Tribunal in OA No.414/2019.

       Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the Contempt Petition does not survive. Accordingly, the same  is dropped.  Notices issued to the respondents stand discharged.
