They denied the charge framed and read over against them. They did not plead guilty and they claim to be tried. Hence the Court point co-ordinator is hereby is send the charge duly signed by this Court by scanning the same, by e-mail to the prisons of Chikkamagaluru and Mangaluru where both A-01 and A-02 are respectively undergoing custody and shall obtained the signed charge from them by way of e-mail and postal service and jail authority shall co-operate with the same.
