They have already been given free legal aid.In the light of the orders of the Court dated06-07-2023, considering the fresh request of the I.O to remand A-1 to J.C, the A-1 is hereby remanded to judicial custody as there is no request for bail today and keeping in mind the totality of the case alleged on him and the quantum of punishment prescribed.A-2 being produced for the purpose of production, it is hereby made clear that the production of A-2 was made for the purpose of orders of the Court dated18-07-2023 and as he has been undergoing judicial custody in respect of some other matter, he is in jail and neither the orders passed today as above nor the previous orders dated 06-07-2023, 18-07-2023 would authorise the remand of A-2 to J.C. The production is only recorded with respect of the accused no. 2 and present orders shall not be constructed to be an order of remand of A-2 to J.C. Hece both accused should be produced by next date.In the course of production of A-1 and A-2, this court repeatedly enquired the accused and the jail staff regarding the quality of connectivity. The prison police namely Mohan and Siddarth were appointed as the remote point co-ordinators and bench clerk of this Court Sri Jagadeesh S. Dodamani was appointed as court point co-ordinator.Learned Advocate Sri HSD for applicant namely Krishnamurthy S/o Ganapanaika, 65 years of Megaravalli, Thirthahalli, submitted an application under section 457 of Cr.P.C seeking to authorise to interim custody of the said application over the properties being gold ornaments stated in PF No.36/2023.
