The order dated 30.07.2024 has attained finality. It appears that the present respondents have also agreed for the release of the said amount. Even otherwise it is already mentioned in the earlier order that the present respondents are entitled for 1/3rd share in the deposited amount. In that view, present application needs to be allowed. Accordingly, IA No.3 is allowed. The remaining 1/3rd amount shall be released in favour of respondent No.2 A and 2B. Office is directed to release the joint account of respondent No.2 A and 2 B along with accrued interest, after complying the bank formalities. Since the entire amount is ordered to be released in favour of the interested persons, the matter is no more survive for consideration.
