The case of the prosecution in brief is that on 30/06/2023 at about 2 AM, the alleged accused persons namely Hafijul Islam and Abdul Barek kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the Case Diary, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the accused Hafijul Islam as there are sufficient incriminating materials present in the case diary against the accused. Hence, his bail prayer is rejected. The petition is dismissed and disposed of accordingly. Send back the case diary along with a copy of this order to the Investigating Officer of this case. Also send a copy of this order to the S.P, Nagaon and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Nagaon in term of Section 438(1A) of Cr.P.C. | Rejected | 11-08-2023 |
