| Business | Nature of Disposal | Disposal Date | The instant Calender Case is filed against the accused by Sub-Inspector of Police, Ongole Traffic station, U/sec.185-A of MV Act, alleging that, on 07-08-2023 at about 19-22 hours LW4 along with his team while conducting special drunk and drive at near Gandhi Road, noticed the accused proceeding towards Bandlamitta riding on his motorcycle bearing No.AP 27 AX 6863, and on his verification by conducting breath analyzer test, he found 278 mg alcohol per 100ml. Therefore, Sub-Inspector of Police, having satisfied that, the accused has violated the conditions of Sec.185-A of MV Act. Arrested him, released him on bail, after informing to his family members, and on completion of investigation, he filed charge sheet. Copies of documents are furnished as required U/sec.207 Cr.P.C., He is examined U/s.251 Cr.P.C., for the offence U/s.185-A of MV Act, accused voluntarily pleaded guilty and admitted the offence.Accused is apprised of his right of engaging an Advocate, to defend his case on his behalf, for which, he stated that, he do not want to engage any Advocate, and voluntarily admitted the offence. Having felt that, admission of accused made, is purely voluntary without any threat or coercion, I find the accused is guilty of the offence for which he stood charged. Accordingly, accused is found guilty for the said offence, convicted U/s.252 of Cr.P.C., and sentenced to undergo fine of Rs.10,000/-, and in default suffer simple imprisonment of 15 days. | ADMISSION OF CLAIM | 11-08-2023 |
