The accusation for the offence under Section 9(1) of APG Act has been read over and explained to the accused No.1 and 2 in Telugu for which they admitted and pleaded guilty voluntarily and the same is recorded. They further pleaded to show mercy and pleaded to take lenient view regarding the sentence. Their plea is recorded. Judgment Pronounced (Vide Separate Judgment) In view of the recorded plea of guilty by the accused No. 1 and 2 it is held that the accused No. 1 and 2 are found guilty. In the result, the accused No. 1 and 2 are found guilty for the offence under section 9(1) of APG Act and they are convicted as per Section 252 of Cr.P.C. Considering the plea of accused it is opined that sentencing the Accused as follows would meet the ends of the Justice. Each accused no.1 and 2 are sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.200/- each for the offence punishable under Section 9(1) of APG Act of IPC. In default of payment of fine for offence the Accused No. 1 and 2 shall undergo simple imprisonment for a period of one week. The total fine amount for the accused 1 and 2 collectively is Rs.400/-. The unmarked property in C.P.R.No.62/2023 (cash) of Rs.1180/- shall be confiscate to state. The unmarked property if any shall be destroyed forthwith. | ADMISSION OF CLAIM | 11-02-2023 |
