ORDER

                   As per office report, record of the Ld. Lower Commission has been received.

                   Counsel for the appellant has submitted that Ld. Lower Commission while passing the impugned order has failed to appreciate properly the material available on record.

          Admitted.

          The appeal be registered.

                   Let notice of the application for condonation of delay, aforesaid, as also in the main appeal be issued to the respondents for 21.07.2023, through registered AD Cover, whatsapp & email Ids, if available.

                   The operation of the impugned order is stayed subject to the appellant depositing the entire amount awarded by the Ld. District Commission-I, UT, Chandigarh, minus the amount already deposited at the time of filing the appeal, with this Commission, within two weeks from today. Upon doing so, the said amount be kept in Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) initially for a period of six months.

                        In the event the amount is not deposited within the aforesaid period, the interim order shall automatically stands discharged.

                   MA/471/2023 stands disposed off in aforesaid terms.

                   Office is directed to send complete paper-book to the Respondents along with notice.
